1. Who We Are
LoginJet provides authentication and identity services to Site Owners and end-users.
2. Data We Collect
We collect account and authentication data such as email, password hash, login metadata, and profile fields required or enabled by the Site Owner application.
3. Why We Process Data
We process data to authenticate users, maintain accounts, secure the platform, and deliver profile data to authorized Site Owner applications.
4. Data Sharing with Site Owners
LoginJet shares user data with the Site Owner application that the user accesses via LoginJet. This includes identifiers and requested profile attributes configured by that Site Owner.
Without this data sharing, the core LoginJet authentication service cannot function as intended.
5. Security Measures
We use technical and organizational measures such as hashed passwords, access controls, and audit logging to protect personal data.
6. Data Retention
We retain data only as long as needed for operational, security, and legal requirements. Retention periods may vary by data type and legal obligations.
7. User Rights
Depending on applicable law, users may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, or portability of their personal data.
8. International Processing
Data may be processed in different jurisdictions depending on infrastructure and service providers.
9. Policy Updates
We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Continued use of LoginJet after updates means you accept the revised policy.
