1. Service Overview

LoginJet is an identity and authentication service. Website owners (Site Owners) use LoginJet so end-users can register and sign in through LoginJet.

2. Agreement to Terms

By creating an account, signing in, or using LoginJet, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

3. Data Sharing with Site Owners

LoginJet shares user profile data with the Site Owner application you choose to access. This is a core part of the service.

Shared data may include user ID mappings, email, and other fields that are enabled by that Site Owner (for example: full name, city, country, postal code, timezone, date of birth, gender, avatar, bio).

When you continue to a Site Owner app through LoginJet, you authorize this transfer according to that app configuration.

4. Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized use.

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use LoginJet for unlawful activity, abuse, unauthorized access attempts, fraud, or disruption of service.

6. Site Owner Responsibilities

Site Owners are responsible for the legality of their own data processing, their own terms/privacy disclosures, and any use of data received from LoginJet.

7. Availability and Changes

We may update, suspend, or modify parts of the service and these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Limitation of Liability

LoginJet is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, to the extent permitted by law.
